In accordance with EU law regarding online purchases, Mammoth Bikes offers customers a two-year guarantee on all products purchased from our online store. Mammoth Bikes customers may also benefit from a guarantee offered by the manufacturer when a greater period is offered. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. Damage or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product are not included in this guarantee. Any decline in the function of a product over time due to its design limitation is also excluded from the guarantee.
Defective Product / Guarantee Claim
If you would like to open a defective product claim for an item covered by the two-year guarantee, please contact Mammoth Bikes Customer Service. You will need to provide the following information:
- Mammoth Bikes Order Number
- Detailed written description of the supposed defect
- Photographs (if appropriate or possible) of the supposed defect as well as the entire product from different angles
- Copy of the sales invoice with the serial number (for bikes and frames)
