Returns

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted merchandise to Mammoth Bikes. We accept returns on new, unused items for refund or exchange for up to thirty calendar days after delivery of your purchase. If you want to return an item due to a defect, damage or some other warranty-related claim, please contact Mammoth Bikes customer service first.

UK Returns

Due to customs procedures in place following the UK's exit from the European Union, all Mammoth Bikes returns from the UK must be handled by GLS as the importing carrier. Please contact Mammoth Bikes Customer Service to have your return authorization (RMA) issued and collection of the item(s) arranged. 

The cost of this service is 7.00€, which will be deducted from your refund once it's been processed. Exchanges (for a different size, for example) are free of charge. 

Any unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender. 

Returns from within the European Union

If your return is coming from within the EU, you will be responsible for return postage of the unwanted merchandise to Mammoth Bikes. We recommend using a service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery. 

Other Returns from Outside the European Union

For all other returns coming from outside the EU, you will be responsible for the return postage to Mammoth Bikes, along with any possible import duties or fees charged by Spanish customs upon return. We recommend using the international postal service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery and to minimize customs fees and duties. You should forward the tracking number to Mammoth Bikes Customer Service once you have it.

Processing a Return

If you would like to return a product for an exchange or refund, go to My Account and follow the steps to process the return. You will be able to print off the returns slip and find the complete return address.

Returned items must be new and unused and with all tags and original packaging included.
