Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are currently accepting accepting returns for up to 90 days while quarantines across Europe are in effect.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted merchandise to Mammoth Bikes. We accept returns for refund or exchange up to thirty calendar days after delivery of your purchase. The customer will be responsible, however, for return postage of the unwanted merchandise to Mammoth Bikes. We recommend using a service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery.
Returned DVDs, videos, or other electronic devices may not be accepted if they are not in their original wrapping.
If you would like to exchange the size of a product, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If you want to return an item due to a defect, damage or some other warranty-related claim, please contact Mammoth Bikes Customer Service first.
In order to process a return, simply log into your Mammoth Bikes account and follow the instructions. Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction when possible. If payment cannot be made using the original method, customers may be asked for their PayPal account or bank account in order to complete the refund.
Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of fourteen calendar days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated the following month.
Mammothbikes.com does not accept returns with unpaid postage, which will be rejected and returned to the sender.
