UK Returns

Due to customs procedures in place following the UK's exit from the European Union, all Mammoth Bikes returns from the UK must be handled by GLS as the importing carrier. Please contact Mammoth Bikes Customer Service to have your return authorization (RMA) issued and collection of the item(s) arranged. 

The cost of this service is 7.99€, which will be deducted from your refund once it's been processed. Exchanges (for a different size, for example) are free of charge. 

Any unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
